Journaling: Recording our thoughts, reactions to events in life

Journaling is a great way to keep record of events that happen to us or, situations we find ourselves in .These may be life changing or everday occurances.Using both words and images to say how we feel about experiences in our lives is not only for memories but it is also therapeutic.
A journal can be a record of daily events or a specific experience such as weight loss, the birth of a child, recovery from an illness.
